The base Altima trim includes a six-speaker sound system, a USB port, remote engine start, Bluetooth tech, and keyless entry. The 2023 Altima’s higher trims give you a navigation system, heated side mirrors with turn signal integration, a 360-degree camera, additional USB ports, memory settings for the driver’s seat, an auto-dimming rear mirror, and ambient cabin lighting. The 2023 Altima is also wonderfully equipped with advanced safety tech. These features may include reverse auto braking, traffic sign recognition, a backup camera, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor, lane-keep, and rear parking sensors.

The 2023 Altima’s performance capabilities are unchanged. All trims are available with a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine. This is a 188-horsepower unit that includes front-wheel drive and a continuously variable transmission. Higher trim levels have the option for a turbocharged 2.0-liter, a four-cylinder system that produces 236 horsepower and is paired with all-wheel drive.
